I have been a regular guest of your hotel for many years. Your hotel is well-known for the excellent services among all the guests. During the past 2 days, the air-conditioner didn' t work and the waitress didn' t come to clean my room. Everything was in a mess. I called the receptionist to change to another room, but she said there was no vacant room. I am really disappointed with your service this time. I think I will choose another hotel next time.
