【参考答案】
I choose topic A--what is important when choosing new computer equipment. As for this topic, in my view, here are three ideas to be mentioned.
First, reputation of the manufacturer could make great sense. The famous brand name is the guarantee for the high quality of the new office equipment. So the big brand will be the first choice for the buyers.  Second, service is also very necessary to care about. In the long run, the buyers should apt for the equipment with good service.  And whenever and whatever your equipment has something wrong, the company can provide the door-to-door service.
Finally, prices and discounts would play an important role in the competition.  The consumers always want to go for higher quality and less expensive products. It is a common sense. And if the equipment has some discounts, it must attract more attention from the buyers.
I choose topic B--what is important when managing a product. Regard for this topic, there are three following aspects:
In the first place, communication skill is an important aspect to consider. The excellent staff can make a nice communication with the consumers, so that the consumers can learn more about the products from them. And the sales number of the product can increase.
Then, measures should be considered to keep to budget. There are many ways to keep to budget, such as cutting down the cost of raw materials, increasing efficiency of production and eliminating waste are important. Cost-conscious companies always seek to work with good suppliers who can offer quality raw materials with reasonable prices.
Third, the high quality of the product is the substantial request. It is the assurance of the wider exploitation. It is the presupposition for consumers' buying.
I choose topic C -- what is important when importing goods for the first time. As with this topic, I have the following views:
Firstly,  cultural  differences  is  an  important element. As we all know, different countries have different cultures. So they may have different requests and needs for the same goods. To have a good deal with the foreign, we should meet their demands other than mine.
Secondly, professional advice is helpful for the first importing.  Since your company lacks of the practical  experience  of  importing  goods,  good professional advice can make your company avoid various troubles and difficulties.
Finally, you should find a good middle company for your first importing. If so, it will give you much help on promoting your products in foreign country. Otherwise, you may fail at once.
In a word, cultural differences, professionaladvice and a good middle company are all important factors when aiming to import for the first time.
