     I choose toplic A -- what is important when planning a business reception. With regard to this topic, I have the following opinions:
     First of all, cost is the base for reception. The company could afford the adequate expenses. Then the related activities can be carried out.
     Second,  entertainment  is  another  important element. Besides eating and drinking, our guests need more. To liven up the atmosphere, we'd better call up a host of singers, dancers and even acrobats if possible to offer them a pleasant surprise.
     Finally,  host  is  an  indispensable  element.
Although beautiful girls and handsome boys are pleasant, they're able to pay the roles of waiters and waitress only at grand occasions like a business reception. What we need for host and hostess are experienced grown-ups who can cope with any  situations.
      I choose topic B -- what is important when managing a project. Concerning this topic, there are three points that I want to say.
      Teamwork  is  the  first  important  point toconsider. A project is a complicated program, not one simple thing. It needs different workers'hard work.
The team workers can learn from each other and improve themselves. And in one team, each member can develop his advantages and explore his potential ability.
     Then, strict work schedule is another good point.
According to the strict work schedule, the workers can save more time and energy to do their job. What's more, all the workers can work in a good order, so that we are able to enhance work efficiency.
     Third,  strong  leadership  is  necessary  for managing a project. With a good leader, we can make a proper decision when we meet difficult choice. We will overcome troubles, when we are trapped. And we may lose our way without strong leadership, when we make a success. Thus, strong leadership guides us moving forward in the right   direction.
