I choose topic A -- what is important when recruiting young trainees. As for this topic, I have the following three aspects to discuss.
At first, school qualification is a common way to balance the young trainees. The young trainees need some necessary basic skills and knowledge for their work. So the school qualification is one of the good proofs for their hard study at school. When the young trainees show their school qualifications to the company, the company will be clear that whether the young trainees are fit for its job.
Then, personal appearance is also an important aspect to consider. To some extent, the worker's appearance is a symbol of his company and the company's culture. And in the current society., good personal appearance could provide more chance for you and your company. So the company should take young trainees' personal appearance into account.
Finally, reference should be noticed as well.
Reference is a kind of recommend for the young trainees. It cm help us know that person quickly and th6roughly from a good position. Also, the work experience will help the company to decide whether the young trainee is fit for the job.
I choose topic B -- what is important when choosing a center for a conference. As for this topic,there are three points to say,
Firstly, location is the basic point. To select the right location is always important in doing business.
For a conference center, company-intensive downtown area is not a bad choice. But there's also a trend to move towards the suburbs.
Secondly, accommodation is another important point.  As a comprehensive building, a conference center should provide office facilities as well as daily necessities.  Satisfactory food and bedrooms would make their stay a Pleasurable recollection.
Finally, facility is a practical point. A facility available is regarded as the hardware component of a conference center.  It would be super if the facility were always in good shape, so our work won't be held up.
