When a company is considering how to motivate their employees, I think providing opportunities for further development and offering promotion and bonus are very important. First of all, most of the employees are willing to enrich their professional knowledge and experiences for a better position. They will be highly motivated if they can learn something useful and necessary for their future work and thus increase their self-value in the work market.  In addition, most of the people will certainly be happy to see that their work or contribution to their companies is regarded on a fair basis. In this sense, a higher salary and bonus are the  direct  and  preferable  awards  for  most employees. But it should also be noted that they must be  given  according  to  the  employees' performances.   Otherwise,   people   will   be discouraged and made discontent if incompetent people are given p
